Tell us which app you are using and what you expected to happen. If something went wrong, the version number helps more than anything else, because it tells us which build you are on.
Every app has an About window with its version in it, and a Send feedback link that fills the version in for you. That link is the fastest way to reach us.
Apple handles every purchase, so Apple handles refunds too. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
